What we collect

When you use the quote or contact form we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, your area, and your message. If you send photos by WhatsApp, those are held on WhatsApp under its own terms.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to price the job, and to arrange a date if you go ahead. That is the only use. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored for 90 days on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and are forwarded to us by email. After 90 days the stored copy is deleted automatically. We keep the email as long as the job is live or there is a reasonable chance you will come back to it.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record the request in line with Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask what details we hold about you, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop using them. Use the contact form and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with our answer you can contact the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Who is responsible

Cork Painter Decorator, Cork, Ireland, is the data controller for this site.
