Questions about commercial painting

Can you work evenings or weekends?

By arrangement. Tell us your opening hours when you ask for a quote.

Do you do landlord and end-of-tenancy repaints?

Yes. Tell us the dates between tenants and send photos of each room, and the quote will say whether the work fits that gap.

Do you provide a written quote and invoice?

Yes. Every job gets a written price before it starts and a written invoice when it is finished.

Can you work around staff and customers?

Yes. We agree working areas and hours with you first, work in sections, keep walkways clear and use low-odour paints where people are nearby.

Do you paint common areas in apartment blocks?

Yes. Halls, stairwells and landings. We can deal with the management company directly and plan the work so residents can still get in and out.
